Acceptance

By accessing the marketing site at contentik.io or the product app at app.contentik.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.

Contentik is operated by IIDEV LLC. References to "Contentik," "we," or "us" in these terms mean IIDEV LLC. References to "the service" mean both the marketing site and the app.

The service

contentik.io is a marketing site that describes our product and links to the app. app.contentik.io is the product itself: a drag-and-drop builder for marketing pages and emails. We may update content, features, and availability at any time without notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the app.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or exploit the service.
• Do not scrape content for redistribution or resale.
• Do not impersonate Contentik or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Do not use the app to create or send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, including spam.

Your content

You retain ownership of the pages, emails, images, and other content you create or upload in the app. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

The Contentik name, logo, and the software, designs, and content provided as part of the service are owned by IIDEV LLC or its licensors. You may share links to the service freely. You may not reproduce or modify our materials without permission.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Information on the marketing site, including pricing, may change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIDEV LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IIDEV LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
